This is just shockingly terrible. They should have fixed it the first time. It sounds like they have caused their own problems. Damaging your cameras and covering them up is illegal, sick, and speaks volumes about how they do business. I feel they should lose their license.

I'm sorry I hear a huge law suit! Not only for what they did to your pool.. but blocked cameras.. came onto your property without concent from you or your lawyer. Yeah this place needs to be shut down!

This company is worthless! Any company worth their 'salt' would be concerned with doing the job the correct way FIRST and keeping their good name out to the public. I hope that you go to the BBB and small claims court to get this horrible mess taken of for you!

This sounds like a case my teacher had the class analyze last semester dealing with a breach of contract. The company is purely at fault and must suffer the consequences for its negligence.

I can't believe this company. It seems like the whole loan/use my company for the work is a ripoff. Vandalism. Defacing private property. Failure to complete terms of contract. I hope you nail their butts to the wall!!!

What horrible customer service. I don't think I have had or heard of anyone being treated as poorly as you have my friend. Take them to the better business bureau.

I am shocked by most of what happened here...the two main things is the "BELLY BELT"....I was having a pool built right before yours and if I went out here and saw those tiles along the bottom...I would be FREAKED OUT and would demand to see where I approved that and would like too know who he was charging for those tiles that you had not requested.
the second thing I do not like at all is the blocking of a camera......"Those who have nothing to hide...hide nothing" so I would like to know why That worker felt he needed to do so.
I am so sorry you are having such issues...and I am sooooo glad I used GulfStream to build mine!!! Stay strong!!!
